Phoebe hasn’t appeared in a while, so lest I break my contractual obligation, here’s some Phoebe. The joke, by the way, is one I borrowed (stole) from my wife, who hated this early stage of pregnancy. She sometimes joked about a shirt exactly like this one. Leave it to Phoebe to turn it into reality.

@Oz: That would be great for the final stages of pregnancy - except for the fact that the words would be so stretched out they'd be illegible.

@D.Durand: Shirt or body paint - does it really matter? I sometimes think most of Phoebe's clothing is spray-on.

Exactly how are Phoebe's made?

Either she is unaware of her less glamerous origins, or somehow them Succubi are born from mothers with washboard stomachs!?

@darknoon: I really have no true insight into Phoebe's birth. My best guess is that her mother is human: some mortal girl who had extremely bad taste in men. Phoebe's mother also may likely have been a Hollywood celebrity. (Because let's face it: most of Hollywood has been in bed with Satan for years.)

Phoebe's not a succubus? Awww. I like Phoebe. I think of her as a space-cadet version of fall-From-Grace.

18 weeks
The wife just hit 18 weeks and her baby bump has become even more conspicuous. I'd get her a t-shirt like that, but seeing how we are currently living and working in China, Chinglish being what it is, the grammar would be atrocious and the words "DUMPY" and "PREGNANT" would probably be misspelled.

@Caseyorourke: "I NO DRUMPY - BE PREGNANS" might make an even BETTER shirt, now that you mention it!

Somewhere among my pictures of Chinglish I have one of a Chinese OB-GYN, where an exam room is called "That four letter C-word women hate" Inspection.

Reminds me of the time my wife was in Germany and saw a large group of Chinese tourists who were all wearing matching raincoats with the word 'BITCH' written across the back in big, bold letters. A cruel joke by the tour group? A bad translation? It will forever remain a mystery.
